Marino D'Orazio, JD, Ph.D, is "Of Counsel" to Peterson Law Firm
Mr. D'Orazio attended Brooklyn Law School, where he graduated in 1986, and later obtained a Ph.D. in Comparative Literature from the City University of NY Graduate Center (1991). He is admitted to practice in NY, CT, and PA, and brings extensive trial experience in State and Federal Courts representing plaintiffs in serious personal injury matters, medical and legal malpractice, as well as Labor Law, discrimination and other matters.
In addition to serving as Counsel to Peterson Law Firm, Mr. D'Orazio has maintained a solo law practice since 2002. He has taught as an Adjunct College professor at various CUNY and SUNY schools, was a ten year member of the Board of Education of Onteora Central School District, and President of the Board for four years, and currently serves as Vice President of the Board of Trustees of the "Center for Spectrum Services" in Kingston, NY.
Mr. D'Orazio is fluent in Spanish and Italian.
